Kate Middleton uses the minimum makeup and always looks perfect. She knows exactly what suits her and sticks to a natural palette, neutral glossy lips and dramatic eyes.

If you want to look like her, here are the steps for Kate Middleton’s makeup:

1 Eye shadow. Apply a dark brown shadow across the top of the eyelid, blending it away softly into the socket area.

2 Eye liner. The secret to getting Kate’s dramatic eyes is the eyeliner along the lash line at the top and bottom. Start at the top and draw your pencil outwards from the centre. Kate tends to use dark brown eyeliner for natural look.

3 Skin. Having nice complexion, she enhances it with minimal foundation. For an even base like Kate’s, apply a foundation primer which will help the foundation base coat to be applied more evenly and smoothly.

4 Cheeks. Use a golden apricot or very sheer salmon colored blush.

5 Lips. They are pretty and understated. Use lip gloss.

6 Lashes. Focus on the top lash line. Curl, mascara, repeat. Just darken the bottom lashes…don’t thicken or try to have them draw focus.
