Lady Gaga met the Queen of England today. The Queen hosted an anual Royal Variety Performance where Lady Gaga was a featured permormer.  The scandalous singer decided to wear specially for her meeting with the Queen, a bright red puff-sleeved  latex Victorian gown and lava red makeup. Lady Gaga had to give up her initial idea to perform a suicide scene as she did at the MTV Awards as being warned it would be inappropriate.
