Miss China is The New Miss World 2012

Miss China became Miss World 2012. She was selected out of 116 contestants — the highest ever number to take part. The 23-year-old Miss China Yu Wenxia was wearing a sparkling blue gown while waving to the audience in the Dongsheng Stadium in Ordos, located in China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

China also won the Miss World title in 2007, when model Zhang Zilin took the crown.

Fashion Hairstyle Looped Locks Carolina Herrera

Fashion hairstyles like loose waves, severely slicked-back strands and easy updos were presented during the New York fashion week 2011. Elegant hairstyle with looped locks looked graceful and modern at Carolina Herrera. Lead stylist Orlando Pita pulled the hair into a low ponytail just before looping it underneath into a triangular shape.

London The New Fashion Capital for 2011

London is the new fashion capital according to the Global Language Monitor. London has overtaken New York City first place as the Top Global Fashion Capital for 2011. New York had reclaimed the crown from Milan last year.
For London’s first place contributed two fashion icons. First is Kate Middleton who married The British prince William and became the duchess of Cambridge. And the second event is the tragical death of British designer Alexander McQueen. The media interest focused on this two events.

London and New York were followed by Paris, Milano, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong. Barcelona, Singapore, Tokyo and Berlin rounded out the top ten. Previous to this, New York had been the top fashion capital for five years running. Berlin and Singapore broke into the Top Ten for the first time.
