L.A. Triumph, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Madonna and her company for using the name “Material Girl,” which the fashion company has used to market its clothing for more than 10 years.
According to the lawsuit, L.A. Triumph not only wants a judge to declare that Madonna’s new fashion line demonstrates marketplace “deception,” but also wants to be paid all of the profits being generated from the singer’s similarly named clothing line.

Lady Gaga released a music video for the single “Alejandro“, which was directed by photographer Steven Klein on June 8, 2010. Alejandro is the third single from Lady Gaga’s second studio album “The Fame Monster”. The video was inspired by Gaga’s love for her gay friends and admiration of gay love. The music video portrays Gaga with a group of soldiers in a cabaret, dancing to the song. It is interspersed with scenes of Gaga as a nun eating a rosary and near-naked men, holding machine guns. The video shows beautiful men naked bodies and sexual scenes. Critics compared the scenes from the video with some of the music videos of Madonna and gave mixed review for it.
