The hottest fashion trend for colder seasons 2010 seems to be the over the knee high boots. This fashion trend will help those who want to stand out of the crowd. Very sexy, women’s boots for 2010 are anything but conservative.

You won’t go the wrong way wearing them during the winter 2010 season! But be aware that they scream “SEX!”. The thigh high boots vary in style from a classic look through rock-and-roll, cyberpunk (Rodarte, Topshop unique), quirky(Louis Vuitton).

We present you three models of Louis Vuitton Pre Fall handbag collection. They are made from different materials such as Monogram canvas, monogrammed suede leather, patent leather, and monogrammed patent leather and vary in color. They all have their own charm and are a bit more conservative than the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections, but they are also more suitable for everyday use. The colors are neutral in the brown palette and quite large in size – all necessary elements for an everyday bag.

This handbag is LV Monogram suede and patent leather with gold hardware.

Lily Allen is the new face of Chanel’s latest handbag line called Coco Cocoon, The Ad is shot by the Kaiser himself (Karl Lagerfeld). To no one’s surprise, the British songstress looks amazingly cute in her diamond tiara, dark sunnies, and sleek separates — all while carrying Chanel’s new Coco Cocoon reversible handbag collection. She is glammed into a modern day Audrey Hepburn. It’s cute how Lily’s princess punk vibe shines through with the help of funky accessories and styling. The bags are definitely puffy and coccon-like, different from Chanel’s per usual sleek options, but they’re different and fun — just like Lily!

The military trend has never been out of fashion. It’s one of designer’s favourite shape and motiv especially for colder months. It has not been left behind this Fall (Autumn)-Winter season 2009-2010 by designers such as Gareth Pugh, Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Trussardi, and Burberry who have transformed the traditional uniform into a masculine fashionable look.
Gareth Pugh, with one of the most unusual menswear collections for Autumn-Winter 2009-2010 has been inspired by the German officer overcoats from the Second World War and the metal suits that were worn under suits of armour.
Movies can also be seen as a heavy influence in Pugh’s Autumn/Winter collection with feathers for shoulder decoration as inspiration from The Crow as well as the Gothic ripped trousers and black boots and the metallic body combat suit.
Burberry presented tailored coats inspired by French naval officers and a two tone pea coat that is linked again to the Second World War.
D&G have used the patterned Musketeer jacket detailing that was later used on band uniforms and other military jackets.
John Galliano has expanded the old Pirates’ and Captains’ clothing into a fashionable trend. He included the old white wigs and fold-over leather boots to really help support the history that he is repeating on the catwalk.

After thinking the fashion world is being bored by Kate Moss and haven’t seen her for quite some time on the runways, she lands herself again for the latest Autumn(Fall) – Winter 2009-2010 Just Cavalli compaign.
We previously observed her in the Spring-Summer 2009 Ad campaign with two made models: Kerry Degman and Justin Gaston suggesting behaviors around her.
The latest ad campaign is shot in a basement-like setting, accompanied by two it appears there could be some naughty and scandalous liaisons going on here.

Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci commented on his collection “It was Schiaparelli, animal sensuality, the forties, the thirties. Actually, I wanted to show lots of different shapes for all kinds of women.” And he actually did what he wanted- we find everything in this collection: suits, coats, tailored dresses, well-cut pants. Yet there are many other parts as well—fierce, chic one-sleeved spiral-cut dresses with fur implants in the shoulder pads; feathers and goat hair embroidered onto tulle; signature Tisci’s moments of fetish: leather and goth mermaid; studs on white leather…and so on.
If the sheer variety of it all militated against any impression of wholeness, some of the parts were often very good indeed. A passage of palest lemon-beige yielded three interesting short lace dresses with blue glitter shoulder pads peeking through, bookended by two immensely chic pantsuits with matching ostrich boas. And then come the three white fantasy goddess dresses, fabulously draped with glamorous demi-stoles of 3-D plissé fans and ostrich nestled into the neck and shoulder. Their beauty and modernity demonstrated beyond doubt that Tisci has taken much from his experience with Givenchy’s couture. Yet perhaps things have now reached the stage where the guy doesn’t need to keep trying so hard to prove himself: We believe him.

Best Dressed (Female): Three contenders : House’s Olivia Wilde, lovely in a lavender gown that looked like cotton candy…

Drew Barrymore, whose dress looked as light as a cloud…

and January Jones, who looked very Grace-Kelly-winning-an-Oscar-for-The-Country-Girl in her ice-blue, open-back gown.

Best Dressed (Male): Tie between Simon Baker and Tom Cruise. Their tuxidoes are perfectly cut and everything is in its place.

Most Scary Appearance (Male): Sting – the usually sexy rock star with the full brown beard and brown hair, looked like he’d been living in the woods and wrestling with bears.

Most Scary Appearance (Female): Renee Zellweger who usually looks great in Carolina Herrera looks just horrible in this frontless dress. We can see her granny bra.
